There are two Associations representing BOCA WEST.

The Country Club and the Master Association.

The Country Club oversees all facilities, pool, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, events, etc.

We as the Master Association, ensure the safety and security of the Boca West residents and oversee the beautifully maintained environment of the club. It is our responsibility to assist the 56 residential villages in Boca West and work closely with the Country Club to best meet the needs of Boca West residents.

We are responsible for the 24/7 Sheriff Deputies patrol, the American Medical Response ambulance (AMR), Architectural Control, Landscape/Maintenance, Gate Access (Resident/Guest Entry), Traffic Control and Television Services (Hotwire/Fision) and the Children’s Activity Area.

Our main goal is to represent the residents’ voices about the community’s policies and procedures as well as any questions or concerns.
