I'm a curious, creative and analytical person with an interest in behavioural science and the nudges that influence us.

Fast-paced, challenging environments are where I thrive the most, whether that's hiking in the mountains or launching new products to global markets.

I handle pressure well and enjoy problem-solving both independently and with others; often finding ways to improve processes and implement positive change.

When I'm not on my bike, I am out running around London and training for my next half marathon. I also love to spend time in the Lake District, exploring new trails and sharing my photos on @Roam_with_ross.
